Ravenswood Finale: Did You Like Hanna and Caleb’s Relationship Resolution?

When Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Caleb Rivers (Tyler Blackburn) parted ways in the Pretty Little Liars winter premiere, it left us broken hearted and discontent. We understand that the couple needs to be apart so Caleb can be the star of Ravenswood, but we didn't like that Hanna was left thinking Caleb had dumped her for another girl. Fortunately, the Ravenswood finale (Season 1, Episode 10: "My Haunted Heart") helped correct that misconception.

In the finale, Hanna headed to Ravenswood. When this happened in the Pretty Little Liars timeline is still unclear, but roll with it. Once in the creepy town, she was eventually exposed to a couple of cold harsh truths. First, that Miranda is dead. Second, that Caleb is staying in town to help her pass over. Because third, Miranda is a ghost and Caleb totally sees her.

Hanna, understandably, had kind of a hard time processing all of this info, but eventually she made peace with it. She said goodbye to Miranda, and when Caleb asked if she believes him, she replied that, "I know what the smart thing would be, but I don’t think the smart thing would make me as happy as you do."

Yes, in the end she still drove back to Rosewood, but at least now she knows that Caleb isn't staying in Ravenswood because he's crushing on someone else — something bigger is going on. While their relationship is still over for now, they have more of an understanding, and the episode emphasized how much they love each other.

So, Haleb fans, are you happy with this resolution (at least for now), or do you just wish Caleb would come back to Rosewood? He also didn't tell Hanna everything about what's going on in Ravenswood — do you think he should have told her the whole truth?
