It's hard to believe that Game of Thrones Season 3 is well over halfway done, but alas, the gods are cruel. Fortunately, now that we're headed into the home stretch, we can count on every episode packing a major punch. So, what's in store for Season 3, Episode 7: “The Bear and the Maiden Fair”(May 12)? We've rounded up the biggest spoilers about the episode right here.

Dany goes to a new city. According to the official synopsis, Dany will be “exhang[ing] gifts with a slave lord outside Yunkai." However, we all know how Dany feels about anyone working in the slave biz, and in the preview we see Jorah trying to advise her, "We don't need Yunkai. They have strong walls. They'll chip away at us, man by man." Sounds like she has more than presents on her mind.

Tension in King's Landing. Meanwhile, in King's Landing, "Sansa frets about her prospects" while "Shae chafes at Tyrion's new situation." We knew they were setting up a jealousy plotline with Shae over Tyrion and Sansa's engagement! But lest you think this marriage might be avoided, be warned: We should be seeing Tyrion and Sansa tie the knot in Episode 8.

Tywin vs. Joffrey. Remember how Tywin promised he was going to get Joffrey in line? It sounds like we might finally get to see that in action, since "Tywin councils the king" this week.

Melisandre's secret. We also know that "Melisandre reveals a secret to Gendry." Based on the preview, we're guessing she tells him the truth about his father (who, if you've forgotten, was King Robert Baratheon).

Brienne vs. the Bear. Last, but very, very much not least, we have Brienne facing a "formidable foe in Harrenhal" — a bear! Will Jaime come to her rescue? Those of us who've read the books know the answer...
