Cersei Lannister might not be as hated by Game of Thrones fans as Joffrey, Tywin, or the despicable Boltons, but the queen regent has plenty of detractors. Lena Headey, who plays Cersei, stopped by Conan last night to discuss what it’s like to be the villain.

Discussing the reaction she gets from Game of Thrones fans, Lena explained, "I guess it’s a compliment... when you’re buying a table and someone’s like, ‘You’re that f***ing bitch!" Well, at least Lena has a good sense of humor about it. Cersei would have out their tongues for such insolence!

Lena also mentions the rare other type of fan she runs into. She reveals, "People say, ‘I love [Cersei],’ and I kind of worry more for them." We don’t blame you, Lena. There is something suspicious about fans of House Lannister (though Tyrion is pretty cool. And Jaime. And yeah, Cersei has her moments...)

So, is it possible Cersei might meet her mortal downfall sometime? Not in Season 3!

"I know I’m still living," Lena told Conan. "But I admitted while sitting next to George [R.R. Martin] that I hadn’t read the books, and now I fear for my life." Conan claimed that she may have angered Martin with that revelation, and in retaliation he may have Cersei hit by a cab to meet her demise. Cersei killed by a runaway car? And we thought the Red Wedding was shocking!

Of course, as book fans we know if Cersei lasts through A Dance With Dragons, but we'll keep it to ourselves. Check out the video below!
