On the hit TV show, Peter and Lena play a pair of tow-headed siblings who seem to always be at one another’s throats. Their cutting words and plotting ways make them pivotal characters not only in King’s Landing but in the entire plot of Game of Thrones.
After all, Peter’s character Tyrion served (briefly) as Hand of the King while Lena’s Cersei is not only the widow of King Robert Baratheon but the mother of the current king — via her other brother, Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau). Plus, it doesn’t hurt to be the children of Tywin Lannister (Charles Dance), the wealthiest man in all of Westeros.
So how much do Peter and Lena rake in for their respective roles? TV Guide reports each actor makes an astounding $150,000 per episode. Seeing as Season 3 had ten episodes we’re looking at $1.5 million paychecks for both Peter and Lena. Not that they don’t deserve it after their amazing performances, but wow! We guess these two Lannisters have no problem paying their debts.
