Game of Thrones’ giant cast has gotten even larger:the role of Walda Frey has reportedly been filled by Elizabeth Webster, according to both IMDb and the actress’s CV.

Walda Frey is one of the many granddaughters of Walder Frey, the orchestrator of the Red Wedding. She is also the wife of her dad’s BFF and new Warden of the North, Roose Bolton. Bolton infamously married Walda because of her size, since Walder was paying out a dowry of silver equal to the bride’s weight and Walda was the heaviest of the bridal choices. Roose proudly mentioned this fact in Season 3, Episode 9: “The Rains of Castamere.”

With Roose already making light of his marriage to Walda before we even meet her, it should be interesting to see the chemistry on-screen between the two characters. Will Roose resent her? Ignore her? Grow to love her? And how will Walda act? Does she have any illusions about why Roose chose her? It should be very entertaining to witness.

Plus, we take this casting news as a hint that we'll be seeing a lot more of Roose. Stark fans, get ready to hurl things at your TV every time he shows up on your screen.

Other credits for Elizabeth include the television series The Spa, The Bloody Mary TV Show, and Call the Midwife, as well as the very British-sounding movie, Cockneys vs Zombies.
