Winter can’t come quick enough for fans of Game of Thrones. Season 3 ended way back in June with the next installment not scheduled to air until 2014. In the meantime, guess we’ll have to satisfy ourselves with the few spoiler photos leaked from Season 4, filming on which has (thankfully) already begun.

Most recently, British director Neil Marshall posted a photo direct from Castle Black. What’s there to see? Maybe a glimpse at an enraged and red-faced Ygritte (Rose Leslie)? Some sign of whether arrow-riddled Jon Snow (Kit Harington) is alive? More creepy White Walkers?

Unfortunately, none of the above, but the photo’s still a keeper seeing as it reveals the massive stunt team required for an upcoming Game of Thrones episode Neil is filming.

Why would such a large cast of stunt people be needed? We’ve got more than a sneaking suspicion this has something to do with the major battle brewing at The Wall. With Mance Rayder (Ciarán Hinds) leading a charge south and Wildings already in Westeros, the scene is set for a bloody battle.

Who will live and who will die? Will Jon completely turn his black-coated back on fellow cave-lover Ygritte? So many questions and too much time until the Season 4 premiere.
