Before the Game of Thrones Season 4 trailer was finally released, we were treated to a teaser of the trailer. Now, the new 15 minute behind-the-scenes special, Game of Thrones Ice and Fire: A Foreshadowing, is getting similar treatment.

The special, set to air at 8:45 p.m. ET/PT on February 9, offers "a look back and a look forward to the fourth season of the hit HBO series" with behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with cast members.

In the 30 second promo for the special below, we get a taste of what it will be like. Unsurprisingly, no big spoilers are revealed, but we do get some nice teases. For instance, Peter Dinklage (Tyrion) promises that "Tyrion has never been faced with this much humiliation," Lena Headey (Cersei) promises that the stakes are "super high," and Maisie Williams (Arya) has some good news: "The Starks are coming back stronger."

This all fits with Pedro Pascal (who plays Season 4 newbie Oberyn Martell) recently calling the season "massive" and promising, "You're going to 'effin love it."

Check out the promo here, and don't forget to tune in on February 9, at 8:45 p.m. ET/PT on HBO:
