Jon Snow has had a pretty action-packed run over the first three seasons of Game of Thrones. He’s joined the Night’s Watch, lost his father, infiltrated the wildlings, fallen in love, climbed the wall, and betrayed his lover. But according to Kit Harington, who portrays Jon on the show, the best is yet to come for Ned Stark’s bastard.

Speaking to On the Red Carpet about Season 4, Kit says, “I'll say that it's a bigger season, action-wise, than we've ever done. There's more battles, there's more fights.” Judging by the footage we’ve seen thus far of the new season, it looks like a good portion of that fighting involves Jon Snow himself.

Will Jon survive all of his fighting, though? Kit says, “There's actually quite a few deaths this season — surprise, surprise.” We hope Jon makes it out alive!

Kit goes on to say, “It's the biggest [season] for my character and I think people are gonna love it. I hope they will because they seemed to have loved the first three so the pressure's on for the fourth. I'm really confident in what we've done.” Ok Kit, we’re excited. Will April hurry up and get here already?!
