Good news for fans of George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series: the writer has revealed a small part of the next installment of the series, The Winds of Winter.

OK, so when we say a "small part," we literally mean a paragraph. Still, that's better than nothing, right? And hey, it's from Tyrion's point of view, so that's always fun!

You can check the paragraph out over at Entertainment Weekly. Sadly, it doesn't reveal much plot info, though it sounds like Tyrion is scared for some reason. That's good to know.

Also good to know? You'll be able to read this entire chapter in March, as part of an update to the George R.R. Martin’s A World of Ice and Fire phone app. So if you don't already have the app, then you should probably go ahead and download it.

Unfortunately, there's still no word on when Winds of Winter will actually be released. Hopefully it's soon Game of Thrones is quickly catching up with the books, and even GRRM admits that he needs to pick up the pace if he wants to stay ahead of the show.
