Game of Thrones fans know Lena Headey as the scheming Cersei, but the veteran actor has a long list of roles on her resume and she's about to add another to the ever-growing list.

Variety reports Lena has snagged a starring role in Jacqueline Ess, a horror flick produced and based on a story by Clive Barker, the writer whose stories served as inspiration for such horror classics as Hellraiser and Candyman.

Jacqueline Es is about a woman — the titular Jacqueline, played by Lena — who learns to change other people's bodies at will. Creepy, much?

The film will be directed by Jovanka Vuckovic, her feature-film debut. Production will start later this year, presumably during the Game of Thrones off-season.

Clive Barker commented on the casting, saying "there is no better choice [than Lena] for the role of Jacqueline." He called the actress "a marvelous performer with an incredible presence" (damn right!) and said he's confident "her beauty and authority will carry the day."

Congrats to Lena! It sounds like a cool project, and a nice change of pace from Game of Thrones.
