Tyrion fans, you can relax. Unless the show deviates considerably from the books (which is always a possibility), Tyrion should make it to Season 6.

In the books, after his escape Tyrion makes it to Pentos, where he meets Illyrio Mopatis. Illyrio sends Tyrion away to locate Dany and offer his counsel, and Tyrion’s companions on the trip end up being King Aerys’ former hand Jon Conington and Dany’s long-thought-dead nephew Aegon. During their trip, Tyrion almost dies when he’s knocked out of his boat by “stonemen,” people infected with greyscale, but he is pulled out by Conington.

Later, Tyrion is separated from the group and captured by Jorah Mormont. They are then captured themselves and sold into slavery, where by coincidence they make it to Meereen. This may be a good place to end Tyrion’s story in Season 5, leaving viewers to wonder if he meets up with Dany.
