Arya (Maisie Williams) ended Game of Thrones Season 4 sailing away from Westeros. She's on her own, and she has a chance to become a whole new person if she wants. The options for her story in Season 5 seem almost limitless — especially if you haven't read the books and therefore have no clue what's coming down the pipeline for her — and according to Maisie Williams, fans won't be disappointed when they tune in next year.

In an interview with BBC Points West (which you can watch here), Maisie chats about her hometown, how Game of Thrones has changed her life and, yes, what's coming up for Arya in Season 5.

"We're heading into Season 5 at the end of July," she explains. "People are going to love that. I haven't got the scripts to read, but I've got a loose logline of what's going on, and yeah, it's great."

Maisie also touches on why Arya is so popular, despite the fact that she literally has a death list. "People like to turn a blind eye to the psychotic side to [Arya]," she points out, "and how messed up it is that a 12-year-old has a list, that's every single night before she goes to sleep, that's people that she wants to kill."
