The Game of Thrones Season 2 premiere is just a few days away, and we can hardly stand the wait.

We know that some of you want to have some hints about what will happening without having all of the major plot points ruined by those who have read the books. We sympathize. In that spirit, we've rounded up the juiciest spoilers about the season that have come from the cast and crew. These spoilers should give you a sense of what's coming up without giving everything away.

There's even more going on: In a recent interview with EW, show creator Dan Weiss described the season as a "bigger fish to fry," with "real battles and dragons and direwolves" and even more characters than before.

More locations: Relatedly, there are even more locations this season, too. One that promises to be particularly spectacular is the land north of The Wall, which the crew went to Iceland to film.

Stannis Baratheon is kinda a big deal: The late King Robert's middle brother, Stannis Baratheon, is a new addition to the cast, but you should expect him to make a big impact quickly. He's the real heir to the iron throne, since all of Robert's "kids" are actually the product of incest between Cersei and Jaime, and he plans on taking his rightful title, no matter the cost. He will partner with a foreign priestess, Melisandre.

Renly gets married: Robert's younger brother is also making a bid for the throne. In this profile video of Renly, we learn that he has secured his alliance with the wealthy Tyrell's by marrying Margaery Tyrell, the sister of his lover, Loras. (Whatever. It's still less weird than the Lannisters.) He's determined to be King, and has the backing of 22 houses, which makes him a real threat despite having no real claim to the throne.

Theon makes bad choices: You can expect to see more of the Stark's ward, Theon. Alfie Allen, who plays Theon, admitted that his character is hated by books fans, and will make the "wrong decisions" this season, even if his heart is in the right place. Also of note: His father, Balon Greyjoy, and his sister, Yara, are two of the many new characters this season, and the Greyjoy house gets their own promo video.

Jaime: Jaime is currently Robb Stark's prisoner, but Nikolaj Coster Waldau told Winter Is Coming that he'll still have some fascinating scenes as a prisoner. "Way back, when we first met I was told that in season 2, if ever we got there, I would only work in 2 eps...As it turned out it is a little more than that, and the scenes I have were just brilliant."

More Lannisters: As opposed to Jaime, Tyrion and Cersei will feature this season. "There’s more Tyrion, obviously, and there’s more Cersei. A lot more Cersei," Dan Weiss told EW.

An epic battle: Season 2, Episode 9: "Blackwater" — which was written by G.R.R. Martin himself — will basically be one giant battle. It took a month to film, and features Tyrion heavily. Expect to be blown away.

Let's talk about the sex: Dan Weiss says there's "about the same" amount of sex this season as there was last season. Whether that's a good or bad thing is up to you
