Giuliana Rancic Reveals She’s Thinking About Baby Number Two!

Bill and Giuliana Rancic welcomed their first child, Duke (born via gestational surrogate), in August. The happy mama recently let it slip that the couple might be planning on adding to their family soon.

The star of reality show Giuliana & Bill revealed to the hosts of Access Hollywood Live yesterday, "We're definitely thinking about it. We'd love another child. So, we'll see.”

She also suggested that E! News host Bill might not totally be on board with this plan. "Any time we have a rough time with Duke, he's like, 'What do you think about just one?'" said the actress, laughing.

Giuliana says that given her Italian background, she has a need for a large family. "I mean, there's nothing more beautiful,” she said. “I think [you should] have as many kids as you can handle! Why not? And I think that in the future, we'll be so glad that we had as many kids as we did."

It sounds like she doesn’t have anything to worry about. According to Giuliana, Bill is a wonderful parent, "I think Bill is an incredible father...There are times where I definitely think Bill is a better parent. If I'm at work, Bill will step in and he's just a great dad. Instead of sitting the kid in front of cartoons, he takes him out and tries to engage with him and do whatever he can with him.”

She adds, "He just wants to be as involved as possible with the baby. And there are some nights I'll say, 'Let's go out to dinner with friends tonight.' And he'll go, 'No, let's stay in with the baby.' So it’s little things like that."

Giuliana, who underwent a double mastectomy in 2011 after she found out she had breast cancer, also shared her positive reaction to the news of Angelina Jolie's mastectomy. "It was definitely shocking,” she said. “But good for her, man. She took her health into her own hands and that's what it's all about. That's why I went public. I just wanted to get out there and encourage women to take their health into their own hands because if you don't care about your health, who the hell is going to care about your health? You've got to do it."
