Justin Bieber Set to Give a Deposition About a Bodyguard Attack on Paparazzi

Where Justin Bieber goes, the lawsuits will follow — at least, that’s what it seems like these days. Soon, Justin will have to give a deposition involving an incident when he allegedly told a bodyguard to attack a photographer in Miami in 2013, according to People.

Jeffrey Binion, the photographer in question, also claims that Justin’s bodyguards took his film card, so obviously, the dispute was over Jeffrey having photos of Justin that the 19-year-old pop star didn’t want anyone else to see. Please, please no more stripper photos. Please.

And although one of Justin’s lawyers, Howard Weitzman, says the lawsuit is “totally without merit,” the Miami court has refused their petition to block the deposition from happening — and now that it’s officially on, Justin will even have to answer questions about his other legal battles that involve his bodyguards.

“Miami judge Sarah Zabel initially denied Bieber’s requests to stop Binion’s lawyers from deposing him and asking questions about other incidents involving him and his varied bodyguards’ aggressive behavior,” a source involved in the case said.

“Although Bieber’s lawyers appealed the judge’s rulings, the appeal was denied,” the source added. “Bieber can no longer hide. Binion’s lawyers are waiting for a deposition date to be set in Miami.”

Another interesting tidbit: the judge has also denied Justin’s lawyer’s request to keep the public from seeing his videotaped deposition. We’ll stay tuned.
