Glee has already been renewed for both Seasons 5 and 6, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that all of our favorites are guaranteed to return. Information is still scarce as to which actors and actress are coming back, and which ones are moving on to bigger and better things.

While no official announcements have been made quite yet, a number of actors have already confirmed that they will be back. (Note: This list is subject to change and will be updated as news comes out.)

Rachel (Lea Michele) — Lea Michele confirms it. Rachel is back!

Finn (Cory Monteith) — When Cory entered rehab last month, Fox issued a statement saying the look forward to his return next year.

Santana (Naya Rivera) — Naya says she will be back, but it might not be for a full-time role.

Ryder (Blake Jenner) — Ryder’s Catfish storyline will carry over into next year, so it seems very unlikely that he would leave.

Becky (Lauren Potter) — The Sue/Becky gun storyline will be continued next year, as well. That means both actresses should be back.

Sue (Jane Lynch) — Jane confirms it to E!

Burt (Mike O’Malley) — Even though Mike's new pilot, Welcome to the Family, just got picked up by NBC, the actor says that he loves playing Kurt's dad, and confirms that he will be back at some point in Season 5.

Sugar (Vanessa Lengies) — Vanessa booked a new comedy pilot, and it's now officially been picked up by ABC.

Brittany (Heather Morris) — With Heather pregnant, it seems very unlikely that she will return next year. If she does, it will likely be on a limited basis.

Joe (Samuel Larsen) — He’s been missing from tons of episodes lately. That doesn’t seem promising.

Blaine (Darren Criss) — Can you imagine the show without Blaine? It wouldn’t make sense. With Season 5 picking up halfway through the school year, we’re willing to bet that none of these guys will end up getting the ax, either.

Kurt (Chris Colfer)

Artie (Kevin McHale)

Sam (Chord Overstreet)

Will (Matthew Morrison)

Jake (Jacob Artist)

Unique (Alex Newell)

Kitty (Becca Tobin)

Marley (Melissa Benoist)

Emma (Jayma Mays)

Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) — However, after graduation, she’s headed off to college in a place that’s not NYC or Ohio. Others in a similar situation haven’t fared well.

Quinn (Dianna Agron) — All four of these grads only showed up a few times last season. If they do come back next year, it, too, will likely be on a limited basis.

Puck (Mark Salling)

Mercedes (Amber Riley)

Mike (Harry Shum Jr.)
