Finally a little good news in the Glee world: The show has always gotten Emmy love, and 2013 is no exception! Our favorite song-and-dance dramedy raked in four nominations today, July 18 — one more nom than the show earned last year! (Never mind that the show got19 nominations in its first season.)

Actors Neil Patrick Harris and Aaron Paul had the dubious honor of announcing the honorees this morning at 5:40 a.m. PT in Los Angeles. The bad news is that none of the categories in which Glee is mentioned were announced on TV, since they're not exactly the most high-profile awards.

But whatever — congratulations are still in store!

Jane Lynch, we've always loved you as Sue Sylvester, and so too has the Academy. You just got your fourth straight nomination in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy league.

Dot-Marie Jones, the Academy has been good to you, too! You've just landed your third straight nomination in the Outstanding Guest Star in a Comedy Series category for your portrayal of the vulnerable and tough Coach Bieste.

If you loved the Season 4 episode "Diva" you're not alone. Director Paris Barclay scooped up a nomination for helming that installment.

And we salute more behind-the-scenes forces, like the awesome makeup team who were collectively nominated for Outstanding Makeup for a Single-Camera Series (Non-Prosthetic): Kelley Mitchell, Jennifer Greenberg, Melissa Buell, and Tanya Cookingham.

Kudos to all you mega-talented performers, both on and off the screen!
