The more we learn about the Glee Season 5, Episode 3 tribute to Cory Monteith (Finn), the more we can’t wait to see it, despite the fact that it will be probably be incredibly sad. The latest tidbit about the episode to be revealed is its title, and even the two-word title has us getting emotional.
We don’t know too much about the plot of the tribute episode, but we do know that it will take place in Lima, Ohio. It will reportedly revolve around Finn’s loved ones finding out about his death and celebrating his life. Rachel (Lea Michele) will appear only at the end of the episode, and Santana (Naya Rivera) will have a key scene as well.
So what is the name of the episode? Spoiler TV is reporting that the episode will be called “The Quarterback,” which we think is a perfect title. It reflects Finn’s position on the football field, not to mention his ability to guide people in everyday life.
The one thing we do know for sure about the episode is that we should all stock up on tissues. Jane Lynch referred to the episode’s script as the “most beautiful thing,” and one show insider says, “You will cry from beginning to end.”
