Reports indicate that young Blaine will be appearing in the upcoming Season 5, Episode 6, which is rumored to be a Billy Joel tribute episode. Get ready to see the mini Blaine as he’s living in hiswhite bread bow-tie world.

Glee creator Brad Falchuk tweeted a photo of himself with the actor who will be playing Blaine’s boyhood self, and sure enough, the little guy’s rockin’ a bow tie. “Young Blaine and me...or is it young Blaine and I?” Brad cations the adorable pic.

(But while we love Blaine’s new mini-me, but lets be real: No one can top the original Mini WarblerNo one. If only Glee needed to cast someone a few years younger! That kid would have been perfect.)

Back to the upcoming episode, though. Episode 6, scheduled to air on November 21, is shaping up to be an unbelievably adorable one. After all, not only will we meet proto-Blaine, but we’ll also see a younger version of Sam (Chord Overstreet). And the adult actors are clearly enjoying having the little guys around, judging by these tweets:

So what’s up with all the flashbacks? Well, we know that there will be a college dean character in the episode, so we’re guessing we might see the young selves in a flashback during a college interview. But as long as we get cute moments, we don’t really care what the reason is.
