There’s just one more new episode of Glee before the show goes on break ‘til the new year. Lucky for us, the fall finale just so happens to be a holiday special: December 5’s Glee is titled, Season 5, Episode 8: "Previously Unaired Christmas.”

Why the “previously unaired”? Well, if you’ll remember, Season 4 ended only midway through the school year, which means it’s still only mid-Spring in Glee time. So if the show wanted to do a Christmas episode this year, they knew they’d have to get creative. Hence, this year’s show will be an “unaired” episode. It is set during last Christmas, and billed as an episode that FOX execs deemed too controversial to air. But after a few strategic cuts and edits, this “lost” episode is good to go.

So what’s going down in this year’s episode about last year’s Christmas? Well, Schue and the New Directions are singing “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.” The narrator announces,“The holidays are here... what could possibly go wrong?”

Lots of things, apparently. Becky puts her head over a doll, turning herself into a weird little Baby Jesus. Then there’s a mean Santa at a mall in NYC, making life ridiculously diffiuclt for Kurt, Rachel and Santana. (Yeah, apparently she flew to NYC last minute to spend Christmas with Hummelberry. Hey, the Brittana breakup was hard on her.

So how does she deal with all the stress? With a bubble bath... and avoiding work at her new seasonal Santa mall job, naturally. “Taking a much-needed break. It is exhausting playing a slutty elf.”

Oh, Santana. Please don't ever change.
