Can you believe it? The 100th episode of Glee is almost here! The landmark installment of our favorite comedy will happen on Season 5, Episode 12, which will likely air on Tuesday, March 18, 2013.

Fox has already announced that the 100th episode will feature remixed versions of favorite song performances from Glee’s past. Fans are in the process of voting for which songs they’d like to see included, and the top vote-getters will be remixed and performed by the cast during Episode 12.

But that’s not all, Glee creator Ryan Murphy took to Twitter on December 3 to announce that all the original cast members have been invited back to participate in the show.

Though many original cast members, like Mark Salling (Puck), Harry Shum Jr. (Mike), and recently-crowned Dancing With the Stars winner Amber Riley (Mercedes), have come back to the show many times since their characters graduated high school, others have returned on a more limited basis.

Dianna Agron (Quinn) has been busy working on her movie career, and hasn’t appeared on the show quite as often. Most noticeably, she was absent from Glee’s Season 5, Episode 3 tribute to the late Cory Monteith (Finn). Dianna told reporters that she wasn’t asked to be a part of the tribute, while Ryan says that Dianna never told him she wanted to take part.

With this tweet, Ryan seems to be making it clear that Dianna is invited to be a part of the 100th episode. If she’s not in it, then, the decision would appear to have been all Dianna’s.

We certainly hope that Di has time in her busy schedule to film an episode of Glee! We miss seeing Quinn on our screens. Another original cast member who might not be back is Heather Morris (Brittany). Heather gave birth to her son, Elijah, late this September, and seems to be leaving acting behind in favor of full-time motherhood.

Quinn and Brittany might appear in Glee’s 100th episode, but we’re not sure they will. Either way, we bet the episode will be fantastic... it would just be a lot more fantastic with the two of them in it!
