Don’t mind us — we’re just over here screaming with pure joy. Seriously, we don’t even need Christmas presents anymore, because our deepest, wildest dreams all just came true. Glee creator Ryan Murphy has announced that Heather Morris (Brittany) will be returning for the show’s landmark 100th episode.

The fan favorite, who left the show at the end of last season, recently gave birth to her first son, Elijah. Heather seemed to have made the decision to leave acting behind to focus on motherhood, and show insiders previously confirmed that there were no plans for her to return to the series at all.

But Glee’s 100th episode —Season 5, Episode 12, which is likely air on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 — is a big event. So when Ryan formally issued an invitation for all original cast members to come back, Heather ultimately said “yes”!

Ryan revealed the news on Twitter. “Heather is IN for Glee 100th!” he wrote on December 4. Barely three minutes later, co-star (and former on-screen love interest) Chord Overstreet (Sam) took to Twitter to share his excitement. “Yay! Heather comes back for 100th episode!!” he wrote.

Kevin McHale (Artie) couldn’t keep quiet about the news, either. “Woo woo gettin all the gang back for our 100th episode! Can't wait :))) Heather, @iharryshum, @MsAmberPRiley & @MarkSalling so far!” he tweeted.

That just leaves Dianna Agron (Quinn) left to still make a decision. Here’s hoping she says “yes”!
