Glee’s weird and wacky 2013 holiday special: Season 5, Episode 8: "Previously Unaired Christmas” has come to an end. That’s all til the new year. Unfortunately, that’s all til much later in the new year, too.

New episodes of Glee won’t return until Season 5, Episode 9: “Frenemies,” on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. You read that right: Tuesday. For 2014, the show is heading back to it’s original time slot of Tuesdays at 8pm, instead of the Thursdays at 9pm slot it’s  been in for the past two seasons.

Fox released a promo for the episode right after the December 5 installment aired. However, this particular promo featured no new footage. It’s weird, because from following the cast and crew on Twitter, we know that filming for Episode has already come to a close, and they’re all now hard at work filming scenes from Season 5, Episode 10: “Trio.”

Still, this newest promo only features clips from scenes we’ve already seen so far this season. So what about the new stuff? Well, if you’re looking for that, make sure to check out our complete spoiler roundup for “Frenemies,” which contains info on some upcoming Rachel vs. Santana drama, as well as some shocking new developments between Kurt and Starchild.

Speaking of Starchild, we know he’ll be back in Episode 10, as well. Lea Michele is already tweeting about singing a duet with them. “Back to #Glee today! Dance rehearsal w/ the amazing @adamlambert!Getting to sing one of my all time favorite female rock songs with him!” she wrote on December 5. Now that is something we can definitely be thankful about this holiday season!
