Before NeNe Leakes was cast as Coach Roz on Glee, we never would have guessed how perfect a Real Housewives cast member would be on this show. Now, with Roz returning, we're wondering if there might be any other Housewives who are just waiting to impress us. Here are our picks for the top five Real Housewives stars whom we'd most like to see on Glee.
5. Kim Zolciak from Real Housewives of Atlanta
Puck (Mark Salling) probably needs a new girlfriend, right? Well, who better than Kim Z., who has shown a fondnes for younger men in real life. C'mon, admit it — you've been dying to hear Glee cover "Tardy for the Party," and who better to sing it than the original artist herself?
4. Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey
Okay, so Teresa isn't known for her skills as a thespian. However, the show can always use another larger-than-life character to do battle with Sue (Jane Lynch) or maybe a new hard-nosed NYADA administrator. Let's just hope all the tables around her on bolted to the ground.
3. Bethenny Frankel from Real Housewives of New York
We love Bethenny on every show she's been on, so why not one more? And we think she'd be perfect as the head of a modeling agency who wants to represent Sam (Chord Overstreet). Or, now that we know she's got some ice-skating skills — thanks to her runner-up status on Skating With the Stars — maybe she can play someone who gives Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) skating lessons for the next time they hit the ice?
2. Brandi Glanville from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
Brandi may not be a talented singer or actress either — although she did recently appear in a Lifetime movie, if you're keeping score — but she just doesn't cease to make us laugh. True, an experienced actress like Heather Dubrow or Kyle Richards would certainly be more qualified, and we love Heather and Kyle. But wouldn't Brandi be perfect as Kitty's (Becca Tobin) mom?
1. Kandi Burruss from Real Housewives of Atlanta
Kandi is a no-brainer! The woman has proven her performing chops as a member of Xscape, and she actully wrote two songs previously performed on Glee: "Bills, Bills, Bills" and "No Scrubs." If that doesn't earn her a spot, we don't know what does. And she'd be great as a teacher at McKinley or a rival choir coach. Plus, she can teach the kids not to hang from the passenger's side of their best friend's ride.
