The cast of Glee has forever been changed by the show, and although the past five years have been at times frustrating, drama-ridden, and heartbreaking for everyone that works on the FOX dramedy, there’s no question in our mind that pretty much everyone involved with Glee wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. In fact, one of the show’s original cast members recently went as far to say that Glee was “one of the best experiences” of his entire life. Who is singing the show’s praises? Read on to find out!

Not surprisingly, Chris Colfer (Kurt) was the one who praised Glee during his appearance on The Talk on July 22. Chris was actually speaking more specifically about the Season 5 episode he wrote and got to fly around in a harness in when he said it was “probably one of the best experiences of my entire life,” but we have a feeling that statement could easily apply to the series as a whole.

But while that harness Chris used to fly around as Peter Pan may have been part of an “amazing” experience, there were some side effects he wasn’t aware of. “The next day, however, it was very painful,” he recalled. “You have marks on you, marks in your unspeakable places.”

Looking ahead, Chris also noted that he isn’t sad about Glee ending just yet since the cast still has to film Season 6, but he knows the tears will come at some point. “I’m sure a week after we wrap I’ll be devastated and crying and calling everyone up,” he said with a laugh.
