Uh-oh. It seems that Glee co-creator Ian Brennan could have a bit of a legal battle on his hands. Michael Novick, a producer on Glee, is now suing his former pal.

According to TMZ, Brennan got Novick to agree to “lesser credit and money” in exchange for more money in the future — depending on the success of the show — which is where the lawsuit comes in.
