Darren Criss (Blaine) just finished his three-week run on Broadway… but now it’s already time to head back to the West Coast to return to work on Glee.

And while we’re super excited to get Blaine back, we know that getting the chance to be on Broadway was a dream come true for Darren. But did all of that love on his part translate to big numbers at the box office?

You bet it did! According to Entertainment Weekly, Darren’s How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying raked in over $1.3 million during each of his three weeks. That brings the show’s total during his run to over $4 million earned.

How to Succeed has been on Broadway a total of 11 months, and Darren’s 3 weeks are almost the highest-grossing runs so far. The current record for a single week still belongs to Daniel Radcliffe’s final week with the show, which brought in $1.9 million. Still, 3 of the 4 top weeks really ain’t bad, at all!

Up next, pop star Nick Jonas takes over the purple green bow tie of J. Pierrepont Finch: from January 24 - July 1. And after that? No official casting plans as of yet. Hmm...
