If you’re a fan of Faberry, then everything that went down between Quinn (Dianna Agron) and Rachel (Lea Michele) in Glee Season 3, Episode 19: “Prom-asaurus” has to have you talking!

We know, there were no official declarations of love. Rachel is still engaged to Finn (Cory Monteith), and a Quinn/Rachel relationship probably won’t ever happen on the show. But Faberry fans will keep hoping — and creating GIFs, and writing plenty of fanfic. None of that is going away anytime soon.

We’ve already heard talk about a Faberry bathroom scene in the upcoming Season 3 finale, and we can’t wait to see what it’s all about! But until then, let’s take a look back on all the cute scenes and subtle Faberry references from Glee’s Season 3 prom. Here are our top 5 of the night:

5. “Wait. Do you not understand what you mean to me?”

Sure, when heard in an average conversation between two high school frenemies, it might not seem like much. But this is Faberry we’re talking about! So if you’re one of the fans who’s convinced that Quinn and Rachel are secretly in love with each other, then Rachel’s words take on a whole new meaning entirely. She’s openly admitting how very much Quinn means to her. Interpret that as you will.

4. Rachel gushes to Quinn about how beautiful she is.

Also in the hallway, right before Prom Queen ballots are about to be counted, Rachel tells Quinn just how much she admires and still envies her. She raves about this new, kinder side of Quinn, a girl who’s “still beautiful, but humble and inspiring.”

3. Quinn was being selfish. Rachel helps make her a better person.

For all her growth and newfound maturity this season, Quinn started backsliding this episode in a major way! Winning Prom Queen has been her dream practically since infancy, and as her last chance at the crown was about to come and go, Quinn got desperate. She manipulated Finn (Cory Monteith), and even faked the severity of her wheelchair injury.

It worked, too. Quinn rightfully won the crown, though she ultimately decided to give it up. Rachel’s kind words in the hallway convinced Quinn to make a selfless choice. They both bring out the best in each other.

2. Rachel has her confidence back, and it’s because of Quinn!

After bombing her NYADA audition, Rachel seemed heartbroken. We watched her spiral further and further into a place of depression, anger, and sadness. She even seemed to have given up on her dreams of Broadway for good.

Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) couldn’t help her. Finn tried to help, but ultimately didn’t do much. No, it wasn’t until Rachel first donned that coveted Prom Queen crown that her confidence was restored. Suddenly, she had hope. Suddenly, all her dreams felt possible again. And do you know who sacrificed to give her that crown? Quinn Fabray.

If you think Glee’s writers might be unaware of the huge Faberry fandom that exists out there, this line alone should clear things up. In the middle of Quinn's heartfelt hallway scene,  Santana (Naya Rivera) walks by and interrupts. “Stop making out with Berry and get in the Spanish room, Quinn. It’s time to count the votes and declare me the winner.”

Were Quinn and Rachel really making out? No. Will they ever make out? Probably not. But Faberry fans will keep hoping for it. And with any luck, Glee may just keep writing even more sweet and emotional Quinn and Rachel moments!
