There are a lot of emotions surrounding someone's decision to enter rehab. Some can be negative, but the best ones are positive and such is the case with Cory Monteith's Glee costar Mark Salling.

Following last week's news that Cory had decided to check into rehab, his costars and friends around Hollywood stepped up with encouraging words.

Yesterday, Mark chimed in with words that seemed dripping with respect for his friend.

"It takes balls . . . to go through that publicly. Period," Mark said. "It takes balls to go through that privately, but to go through it publicly like that -- balls."

The 30-year-old actor who portrays Puck on the Fox show mentioned that the rest of the cast of Glee has been reaching out to Cory with texts and tweets communicating their support for him.

Though this is the second stint in rehab for Cory, it's clear that his friends on the show and his real-life girlfriend, Lea Michele, are all rallying around him to buoy him with support.
