Glee manages to pack an insane number of songs into each episode, which means there will always be a few standouts... along with the inevitable dud or two. We've narrowed the performances from Season 3, Episode 17: “Dance with Somebody,” down to the very best and the coulda-done-without. Do you agree with our picks?

Best Performance of the Night: “How Will I Know” by Mercedes, Rachel, Kurt, and Santana

We loved hearing Kurt (Chris Colfer) nail those high notes on “I Have Nothing,” and Rachel (Lea Michele) and Santana (Naya Rivera) were great on “So Emotional,” but when push comes to shove, this category was really no contest. This (nearly) a cappella cover of “How Will I Know” was something truly original and magical, with the spare finger snaps, phenomenal harmonies, and Rachel blowing us all away. Anytime these four singers want to team up again, we’re all for it. (In fact, can they perform something for us right now? We’re waiting!)

Worst Performance of the Night: “It’s Not Right But It’s Okay” by Blaine

Sure, Brittany (Heather Morris) used a T-Pain-level amount of autotune on “Dance with Somebody,” but the dancing was a blast. Meanwhile, “It’s Not Right” fit into the storyline well enough, but between Blaine’s (Darren Criss) over-the-top “angry faces” and the distracting dance-beat instrumentation, this song was, uh, “not right.” Plus, his vocals just couldn’t live up the original’s (but whose could?). However, Blaine’s sexy all-black ensemble is more than “okay” in our book.
