There's nothing we love more than a good ol' fashioned Glee tribute episode, and it looks like our favorite pack of lovable nerds will be paying homage to the legendary Stevie Wonder during an upcoming episode!

"I think we’re going to do a big Stevie Wonder tribute toward the end of this year, which I’ve wanted to do for four years," Glee creator Ryan Murphy told Hollywood.com during the PaleyFest Icon Awards. "So that’s my big thing.”

Ryan's already payed tribute to several big-league icons like Britney Spears, Michael Jackson and Madonna, but Stevie Wonder would take things to a whole new level of fabulous. “He was my favorite when I was a kid, so yes, I think we’re going to do a Stevie Wonder tribute,” he adds.

Ryan's Stevie Wonder episode hasn't been written yet, but considering that this dude had more number one hits that Kurt (Chris Colfer) has turtlenecks, we're thinking the episode will be amazing. Plus, let's not forget that Artie (Kevin McHale) sang Brittany (Heather Morris) a Stevie Wonder hit back in Season 2 ("Isn't She Lovely"), which Hollywood.com says was a mega hit on iTunes!

What do you think of this upcoming tribute episode, gleeks? Stevie Wonder was slightly before Glee's time, so it will definitely be interesting to see how they modernize his singles!
