Maybe tonight’s Glee death is big after all? That’s what Chris Colfer (Kurt) spilled to the New York Post, explaining that the deceased will shock and sadden Gleeks the world over. “There’s a death, a full-on funeral scene and it’s intense. It happens very quickly and I know that a lot of fans will be upset about it.”
Yikes. Perhaps the bird isn’t the one to die? While you contemplate that bit of sadness, here’s some more — albeit not of the death variety. Does Chris have any regrets about missing certain New Directions performances this season while singing with Dalton? “Oh god yes! The whole thing with Gwyneth [Paltrow] last week, I was so upset,” Chris told the Post. “But I think I was most upset to have missed ‘Thriller/Heads Will Roll.’ That made me really sad and it was so big and amazing and I felt so left out and sad that I couldn’t be a part of it. On the flipside, I got to be a part of so many fantastic Warblers songs, so it’s been an equal trade. Actually, no [laughs], it hasn’t. But I've loved it all the same.”
As for the upcoming episode, “Born This Way,” expect some closure between Kurt and Karofsky. “It’s unavoidable — plus, I think it would be criminal not to conclude that storyline. I mean, I kind of know where things are going, because they tell me light whispers, so...” Spill it, Chris! Alas, he remains tight-lipped on Kurt’s love-life.
