We give a big “hell to the YES” to more pop music being sung on Glee, and we’ve got good news on that front. We just found out that London-based boy band The Wanted will have their second single, 2011’s “Glad You Came,” featured in an upcoming episode of Glee! Will this be the band’s big break into America’s mainstream?

The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran tweeted today, February 6, “Who's excited about Glee covering 'Glad You Came?' ... It's gonna be a great episode!!” His bandmate Thomas Parker also tweeted the excitement, “thats the news people.. cant believe it!! GYC is going to be a featured song on GLEE! who says we get these trending #GLADGLEECAME and #TheWantedOnGlee.”

And we had to include this because it is just all kinds of adorable: Big Kev, the band’s security guard tweeted his support today saying, “As you all now know....GYC is going on Glee......guys this is MASSIVE. #hardworkpaysoff” Aww!

Well, we know The Wanted — and their security guard — are excited about “Glad You Came” being featured on Glee, but are YOU? Sound off in the poll below!
