Glee Season 4, Episode 16 Best and Worst Songs — Do You Agree?
Glee manages to pack an insane number of songs into each episode, which means there will always be a few standouts, along with the inevitable dud or two. We've narrowed the performances from Season 4, Episode 16: “Feud,” down to the very best and the coulda-done-without. Do you agree with our picks?
Best Performance of the Night: “Bye Bye Bye”/“I Want It That Way” by Finn and Schue
We can’t help but say “hello hello hello” to this stellar mash-up. In fact, we had been shown the meaning of being lonely patient by waiting all these years to hear either of these boy bands on the show, but the amazing execution this week was worth the wait. And yes, we would have loved to see a folding-chair dance, but the marionette dance more than sufficed.
Worst Song of the Night: “How To Be a Heartbreaker” by Brody and Rachel
Sadly, we didn’t la-la-la-love this song, as Brody’s (Dean Geyer) — or should we say Gunnar’s — voice isn’t quite suited for electro-pop. Plus, as much as we enjoyed the dancing (and the cool-looking hotel), we will now be forever reminded of Brody’s sleazy double life every time we hear this song. And here we thought the hotel in The Shining was the creepiest hotel ever.
