Brittany (Heather Morris) channeled her inner Courtney Love. Kurt (Chris Colfer) met Sarah Jessica Parker. Sam (Chord Overstreet) went shirtless. Rachel (Lea Michele) and Brody (Dean Geyer) heated things up. So much happened in tonight’s Glee Season 4, Episode 3: “Makeover,” that we’re not quite sure where to begin!
Elections for senior class president were in full swing at McKinley High School, and this years battle pits the incumbent, Britt, and her running mate, Artie (Kevin McHale), against Blaine (Darren Criss) and Sam. What starts off as an educated and thoughtful debate about this issues soon turns into just another excuse for Glee to have Sam go shirtless — which we would totally protest on moral grounds, except for, hello, Sam is shirtless.
While Britt was channeling her inner Courtney Love during Glee’s version of “Celebrity Skin,” Kurt was off in New York City singing Broadway tunes with Sarah Jessica Parker. The Sex and the City star showed up as his new boss at Vogue, Isabelle — and she couldn’t have been sweeter, quirkier, or all-around more loveable.
Elsewhere in NYC, Rachel and Brody performed yet another sexy dance number — this time to Sheryl Crow’s "A Change Will Do You Good." We also got the chance to hear former Australian Idol finalist Dean show off his vocal chops for the very first time.
