It sounds like Glee’s Max Adler is having as much trouble letting Karofsky go as the rest of us are.
Max tells TV Line that, although Karofsky’s last episode on the show, Season 3, Episode 14: “On My Way,” suggested that the character would indeed have a happy life, he’s holding out hope that he can come back to Glee at some point.
“In the flash-forward scene in the hospital, they do show you that he can be happy, and he’ll meet a man of his dreams and have a boy and be successful. So they do kind of tie things up in a nice way,” Max acknowledges. “But I’m in love with the character and as the actor, I would have always like to see more.”
Glee producer Brad Falchuk has said that there’s “no more story to tell” with Karofsky, but Max disagrees. “I would have liked to see how he deals with his parents afterwards and where he ends up going to school, if his relationship with Kurt continues,” Max says.
Max is even hoping that Karofsky might give the Big Apple a try at some point. “Maybe Karofsky will pop up in New York! We’ll see,” he says.
Wow! The idea of Karofsky in NYC could actually be pretty cool. Maybe Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) could use one more roommate?
