Glee Season 4: Ryan Murphy Says “The Break-Up” is “Our Best Episode Ever” — and More Twitter Scoop!
We might be totally freaking out over which of our favorite couples is going to split during next week’s Glee Season 4, Episode 4 “The Break-Up,” but creator Ryan Murphy has a different set of emotions entirely.
Taking to Twitter on September 27, Ryan told fans that he thinks the October 4 show is, “the best episode we have ever done.” Sounds like we’re in for quite the ride!
Ryan followed up with plenty of teases and bits of scoop about what’s to come — including that the scene where Finn (Cory Monteith) walked in on Rachel (Lea Michele) and Brody (Dean Geyer) making out will have “many repercussions” to come. He also shared new info about the futures of both Klaine and Brittana. Here’s a look at what’s in store.
Q: Still in total shock over that last scene with Brody, Rachel and Finn!
Ryan: It was a good one. With many repercussions.
Q: Coldplay’s “The Scientist” is on “The Break-Up” next week. Is it good?
Ryan: One of the best numbers we've done in our best episode ever.
Q: There wasn’t anything about Brittana on the promo. What’s happening?
Ryan: They are very heavy in the next episode.
Q: Why did you say Klaine’s Skype date was cute? We all trusted you and it was just depressing.
Ryan: I thought it was cute.
Q: Is Kurt only doing fashion now? I want him to do both fashion AND Broadway.
Ryan: I agree with you. I want this to happen.
Q: Who will sing acoustic version of “Teenage Dream” in “The Break-Up”?
Ryan: Darren of course!
Q: Will Blaine leave McKinley and go back to Dalton?
Ryan: Could be...
Q: Can we get a Warblers bro cheer up session for Blaine?
Ryan: Coming...
Q: What are your plans for Blaine and Kurt?!
Ryan: Eternity.
Q: Do you get emotional writing or directing Glee on set?
Ryan: Always. Particularly about the break-up. My babies in pain!!!!
Q: But why do you hate us so I am crying actual tears.
Ryan: Cuddle with the puppy in your Twit ID pic. That's what I do when I get upset about my ship.
Q: Give “Greased Lightning” to the Warblers!
Ryan: Not them, but you will love this number. Good night everyone!
