According to Fox, Glee is adding two very impressive guest stars to its Season 4 lineup: Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson!
SJP will appear in at least one episode, while Kate will get a six-episode story arc. No word on who their characters will be, but keeping in tradition with past high-wattage guest stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Idina Menzel, and Molly Shannon, we’re guessing that Kate will be playing some kind of McKinley High teacher or coach. Sometimes it seems like the only place in Lima, Ohio that’s hiring is the high school!
Details about Kate's role are still being kept under wraps, but Chris Colfer has reveleaded that SJP will be playing a mentor "of sorts" for Kurt. Does this mean that Kurt does, in fact, make it into NYADA? Of course, Kurt could get a new mentor anywhere that Season 4 takes him — we'd just really like to see these two together in NYC.
And once again, despite show creator Ryan Murphy claiming that there will be no special guest stars in the show’s future one year ago, the boldfaced names keep on coming.
As far as we’re concerned, bring them on!
