Now that Glee has finished filming McKinley’s production of Grease in Season 4, Episode 6: “Glease,” it’s time for the New Directions to move on towards whatever’s coming next. Now, we’re not sure exactly what’s in store for the New D’s post-musical, but whatever it is — it definitely looks messy!

On October 2, Glee creator Ryan Murphy tweeted a photo of the McKinley glee club smack dab in the middle of a giant paint fight.

A huge war that lands almost every member of the New Ds covered head to toe in white paint? You can certainly count us in! Ryan’s photo show’s Joe  (Samuel Larsen), Sam (Chord Overstreet), Blaine (Darren Criss) and Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) getting covered in white paint.

Marley’s (Melissa Benoist) there, too, along with Jake (Jacob Artist) and Artie (Kevin McHale) — but who’s that other guy in the blue and white T-shirt with his hand raised up in the air?

He’s too short to be Finn (Cory Monteith), and his hair’s too dark to be either Kurt (Chris Colfer), new jock Ryder (Blake Jenner) or even the new Warbler Hunter (Nolan Gerard Funk). So who is this guy, anyway?

Our best guess: He just might be McKinley High School newbie Peter Livingston, the “handsome, evil, and dashing” new student who transfers during Season 4, Episode 7: “Dynamic Duets” after spending some time in military school.

What do you think: Did Glee fans just get our first glance at the charming-but-dangerous Peter — or is this going to end up being the face of someone else entirely? Head to the comments and let us know what you think!
