We're learning more about Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) living together, and it's sounding positively adorable. The news about Klaine, however, is a lot less promising.
Chris Colfer tells Entertainment Weekly that Kurt and Rachel's apartment won't exactly be in a swanky part of town, but it will still be pretty decent, all things considered. “They can’t get their Manhattan apartment, so they have to go to Bushwick and get an apartment there because it’s cheaper,” Chris says. “But their apartment is pretty nice, I have to say. For two broke kids, it turned out pretty nice.” We certainly wouldn't want any less for those two.
However, Chris' words about Kurt's relationship with Blaine (Darren Criss) are more foreboding. “[They're still together] for the first couple episodes,” he says. “But, yeah, there is some development in that area.” Development? We don't like the sound of that.
So does this mean a new guy might come between them? “I don’t know about a new one,” Chris explains, “but we’ll see what happens with them.” Oh, boy.
In other relationship news, could we be seeing the revival of a classic Glee romance? Now that Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) and Mike (Harry Shum Jr.) have split, Jenna wants Tina to give her ex a chance. “[I] want Tina to get back together with Artie to kind of mix it up a little bit, and see what that is like again,” Jenna says.
Say what?! We hadn't thought that Tina and Artie (Kevin McHale) would ever be getting back together, but it might be kind of cute to see them try again.
So does this mean that Tina and Mike are officially over? Jenna wouldn’t say for sure, only revealing that the show still has a lot to tell us still about what exactly caused their break-up. “I think [the show will] reveal it throughout the whole season, what exactly happened, and if that’s going to move on or not,” she says.
And of course, a relationship roundup isn't complete without some Finchel news. Dean Geyer says Brody will in fact be upfront with Rachel about how he feels, but he's not going to be overly pushy until Rachel figures out where she stands with Finn. “[Brody] will tell her how he feels,” Dean says. “But he will keep his hands off of her — he’s not going to be a douche about it.”
It’s good to know that Brody will be respectful. And we also want Brody to know that there are plenty of people out there who wouldn't mind if he put his hands on them. Just a thought.
