Can you believe it’s already that time of year again? Sectionals are almost here! The cast and crew of Glee is hard at work filming this year’s competition, and it sounds like things are about to get intense.

Glee’s first big competition of the season will take place during this season's not-actually-on-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving special, Season 4, Episode 8: “Thanksgiving.” And as for the identity of the group the New Directions will be performing against? Better start shining your cufflinks and ironing those blazers, because the Dalton Academy Warblers are coming back!

On October 23, Nolan Gerard Funk tweeted a photo of himself recording his first song as Warbler, Hunter. The same day, Glee creator Ryan Murphy tweeted a photo of the New Directions all dressed up in their outfits for this year’s Sectionals.

Alex Newell (Uniquetweeted that he’d “snuck into the Warblers dance rehearsal,” so we now have confirmation that the Warblers are both singing and dancing in the Sectionals episode. It certainly sounds like they’re going to be the New D’s Sectionals competition to us.

In addition, you can expect to see plenty of the New Directions graduates showing up to lend their support for the competition. Naya Rivera (Santanatweeted a photo of she and Cory Monteith (Finn) dressed up in very formal attire.

Plus, creator Ryan Murphy posted a pic of all the actor’s chairs on set that day — and there’s quite a few of them! If you squint, you can make out Mark Salling’s (Puck) name in the back row next to Heather Morris’s (Brittany) chair. Looks like Jake (Jacob Artist) will have his older bro in the audience supporting him this year!
