We’ve seen a flurry of photos from filming for the very ominously-titled Glee Season 4, Episode 4: “The Break-Up,” so we already know that Finn (Cory Monteith) will travel to NYC to visit Rachel (Lea Michele) — and that they two of them will end the evening by getting into a huge fight.
Call it a hunch, but we’ve got a feeling that Rachel’s sexy new dance partner, Brody (Dean Geyer), might be part of the reason for Finchel’s big blowout. But will Finn and Brody actually come face-to-face during the episode?
The ex fiance meets the hotshot new potential love interest? Sounds to us like a perfect recipe for major awkwardness. And yes. It’s totally happening. On September 5, Lea Michele tweeted, “Shooting with@CoryMonteith, @chriscolfer,@DarrenCriss & @geyerdean yay!!”
What’s more, we’re hearing that things could be getting pretty “intense” during the episode. At least, that’s what Cory Monteith tweeted before starting work the day before.
Cory has since filmed Finn and Rachel scenes, the Klaine-Finchel-Brody scene Lea tweeted about, and a different scene involving Klaine, Finchel, Brittana, and Wemma — the four couples who are all at risk of breaking up during the episode.
Yikes. We hope at least some of the couples will be able to make it out of this whole mess unscathed.
