Sam and Sam! Too cute.
We’ve been waiting patiently for any sort of news on Glee Project winner Samuel Larsen. What will his character be like? How will he tie in to the rest of the Glee storyline?
Details have been very slim. As in practically nonexistent. But now? We finally have a name! TV Guide’s William Keck has exclusively revealed that Sam’s Glee characters name will be... Joe Hart.
But that wasn't always his name. Keck reports that the character was originally slated to be called Apollo, but the name was just recently changed to Joe. (Seriously? We kind of like the name Apollo better. Much more exciting.)
In any case, most other info about how exactly Samuel's Joe Hart comes to McKinley, or what his background might be, is still shrouded in secrecy. But TV Guide does offer one other exciting bit of scoop. During Samuel’s debut Valentine’s Day episode, Joe, Sam (Chord Overstreet), Mercedes (Amber Riley) will sing Gym Class Heroes' "Stereo Hearts."
Sam and Sam singing together? This episode just keeps getting better and better!
