Finn (Cory Monteith) made a move on Will’s (Matthew Morrison) girl, and Will is not happy about it. At all. During Glee Season 4, Episode 16: “Feud,” the tension between these two former besties came to a head, and something had to be done.

So how exactly do two grown men choose to work out their problems? By singing and dancing in an epic face-off using the songs of popular 90’s boy bands, of course! What could possibly be more manly than that?

Will, Blaine (Darren Criss) and Jake (Jacob Artist) started it off with a rendition of ‘N Sync’s 2000 hit “Bye Bye Bye” — complete with those marionette puppet strings made famous by the music video, of course!

Meanwhile, Finn led the rest of the New Direction boys in a cover of the Backstreet Boys’ 1999 hit, “I Want It That Way.” The choreography was way less intense, but we have to admit, these guys nailed it with all the signature boy band dance moves and cheesy looks.

Of course, though the battle started off as a civil music-based face-off, it didn’t stay that way. Before long, Finn and Will’s emotions both got the better of them, and the two lunged at each other on the stage. Break it up, you two. Teachers should be stopping the fights at school... not starting new ones of their own!
