We knew it was coming, but that still didn’t make it any easier having to watch the whole thing play out on our TV screens!

On tonight’s Glee Season 3, Episode 17: “Dance With Somebody,” beloved couple Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine  (Darren Criss) had their biggest fight ever. And things got intense.

Feeling ignored and underappreciated by his (let’s face it: sometimes irritatingly flawless) boyfriend, Kurt starts exchanging flirtatious text messages with a charming guy, Chandler, who he met at a record store.

Blaine texted Sebastian all the time, Kurt figures, so what’s the big deal? It’s nice to see Kurt — not Blaine — as the center of attention for once.

But, when Blaine finds out about his man’s latest phone buddy, he is anything but happy. Blaine accuses Kurt of cheating on him. A bit of an overreaction? Maybe. But soon enough, we finally start to see things from Blaine’s point of view — and suddenly things don’t seem so black and white.

You see, Blaine has been pulling away from Kurt lately, but not for the reason Kurt thinks. These days, his future in New York is all that Kurt has been talking about — and that’s a future that will take him very far away from Lima and Blaine.

Blaine changed his entire life: switched schools, had to make an entire new group of friends, just so he could be with Kurt. Now, the one guy he’s formed his whole life around will be leaving him for New York City. Sure, they can Skype every night, but it still won’t feel the same.

Blaine is freaking out about the thought of losing his boyfriend, and Kurt has just been pulling away more. It’s no wonder he reacted so strongly.

Now that the fight is over — and thank goodness it didn’t carry over to next week, we don’t think we could have lasted that long — and the dust has settled, where do you stand in the Great Klaine Fight of Glee Season 3?

Do you side with Kurt, or are you firmly Team Blaine? Sound off below.
