His Glee character Sebastian Smythe may be all about using a ton of hair product to create a perfectly-manicured swoop — but in real life, actor Grant Gustin seems just as happy with his hair cozied up under a comfortable beanie.

Grant has worn beanies in the past, and we think he pull of the look quite well. However, he’s not the only hot guy in Hollywood who occasionally ditches the hair gel for a laid-back cap.

Season 16 Bachelor Ben Flajnik is famous for sporting a knit cap at various events. Then, when we came across a photo of teen heartthrob (and infamous condom-dropper) Zac Efron wearing a beanie at an airport in Los Angeles on March 7, we just had to ask: Which guy do you think wears the laid-back look best?
