UPDATE: Well, we guess that's over! Rachel's positive pregnancy test was a false positive. (That basically never happens, but since when has Glee been about realism?)
Ever since her fantasy makeover back in the beginning of Season 4, Rachel (Lea Michele) has been all about looking hot, owning her sex appeal, and doing what feels right.
And in Episode 14: “I Do” what felt right was having sex with Finn (Cory Monteith) after Will (Matthew Morrison) and Emma’s (Jayma Mays) wedding reception.
But because things are never simple with our little Rachel, there’s a huge question mark circling around her lady parts. Namely, the episode closed with her taking a pregnancy test. Is it possible that her sex with an ex will end in a future she didn’t expect?
Well, we don’t see why not. Although Glee has already featured one pregnancy [Quinn’s (Dianna Agron) that is], it was a whole different scenario — a high school cheerleader with nowhere to go, as opposed to a somewhat grown up, largely independent woman. If Rachel is pregnant, it wouldn’t be as life-altering as Quinn’s situation, but it would change everything she’s been working toward. Dance belts just can’t hide fetuses, okay?
What do you think? Is Rachel with child, or are we just worrying over spilt urine samples? In the words of Ellie Goulding, anything could happen...
