Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy and former Glee writer Ali Adler have teamed up to create a new comedy on NBC, and now their fledgling show is headed to TV even earlier than expected!

Originally, The New Normal was scheduled to premiere at 9:30pm on Tuesday, September 11. However, since so many people have already watched that first episode now that it’s been available early on Hulu, NBC had decided to go ahead and air the brand-new Episode 2 that evening, instead.

So what does that mean for The New Normal’s Season 1 premiere? NBC is still going to air the pilot for those who haven’t seen it yet — they’ll just be airing it one day earlier.

That means that the series premiere of The New Normal actually airs tonight, Monday, September 10, at a special time of 10pm on NBC.

Then, on Tuesday, September 11, Episode 2 will air during the show’s regular 9:30pm time slot. Will you be tuning in to watch?
