There’s one more thing to be excited about for this year’s Emmy Awards! Host Jane Lynch (Sue) revealed that she’s invited her favorite co-stars to join in the fun.

“As of now, we’re still putting together the pieces and I’ve pitched in a couple of ideas for the Glee cast,” Lynch told reporters.

In true Sue Sylvester style, the actress couldn’t who say would be doing what.  “We haven’t finalized it and I don’t want to give anything away,” she said coyly, but predicted that some of the kids will be singing and dancing across the stage.

As for Lynch, she said auditions are going smoothly so far in preparation of the September 18 show.

“I am just staying in the moment and knocking out what I need to knock out,” she explained. “Nothing has been a surprise yet, so far I haven’t been propelled onto stage or
anything!”

Fans of drama and mayhem may wish that it was Jane’s Glee character who was going to be MC’ing the show.

“Sue Sylvester would make the show explosive, but it might be warlike," she laughed.

With the third season premiering just two days after the Emmys, the questions naturally turned to the topic that everyone is dying to know about: What can we expect from the most talented high school kids on TV?

“We’re following storylines of the regulars and seeing where they go and the particulars of their intimate relationships,” revealed Jane. “With graduation looming ahead, it’s not just working for sectionals, regionals, and nationals — it’s about what these kids will be doing with their life.”

With both the Emmys, the return of Glee, and the premiere of Dancing With the Stars nestled in between, it’s going to be a hell of a week in TV land!
