5. Those amazing Whitney Houston songs!
If you were getting so emotional during this week’s fabulous Whitney numbers, you weren’t alone. It was delightful to see Brittana dance together on “I Want to Dance With Somebody,” and Kurt blew us all away on “I Have Nothing.” Plus, Quinn (Dianna Agron) and Joe’s (Samuel Larsen) duet was so hot that it practically scorched our TVs, especially with that line about “makin’ love the whole night through.” Yikes! (Please give us a minute to stop perspiring. Okay, we’re good.)
4. Kurt and Burt prepare to be apart. Sob!
The adults were so flippin’ cute this week! First, we had Schue (Matthew Morrison) trying to move up his wedding just to include New Directions. Gotta love his priorities! (We also learned that seafoam is the new wasabi, and we hope you were taking notes. There’s going to be a quiz later about weird-sounding colors.) And then Burt (Mike O’Malley) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) found a new way to make us cry, with Burt’s pride that Kurt has become a man. How does Burt manage to get better every week?
3. Joe and Quinn almost hook-up. Almost.
New couple alert! What do you guys think — did Joe offer to help Quinn with her physical therapy just so he could touch her legs? If so, we can’t say we blame him, and he now appears to be quite the smitten kitten and is even grappling with his faith. (Especially after THIS happened. And yes, Glee did go there.) Quinn has been single for what feels like an eternity, so it’s nice to see her excited about this. And given her previous fling with Puck (Mark Salling), Quinn officially appears to have a thing for guys with questionable hair choices.
2. Klaine drama: Kurt meets the world’s biggest Kurt fan.
Gone are the days where Blaine (Darren Criss) was the only one in this relationship getting all the unwanted advances. Kurt is pretty amazing, too, so it’s nice to see him get a little attention! Still, we’re relieved to know that Blaine and Kurt worked things out and that Chandler appears to be in the past. Plus, after hearing Chandler’s awful New Yawk impersonation, we realize that Friends isn’t the only show with an annoying character by that name.
1. Team Pezberry!
Santana says something nice to Rachel? Color us shocked! Typically, we look forward to the crazy zingers that Santana lobs at Rachel on a near weekly basis, but we enjoyed seeing the two actually — gasp! — tolerate each other’s behavior, and even hugging it out! Can the Pezberry lovefest possibly continue? We’re skeptical, but we still love seeing these two as besties. In fact, we’re just happy that Santana didn’t glue that photo of Rachel to the nearest dartboard.
